Refund policy

Quality code explanation:

A. Like new / The parts are in perfect condition and have minimal wear.

B. Good condition / Corresponds to the year of the car and the number of km it has driven

C. Fair condition / The part is fully functional, but shows signs of use or has minor cosmetic defects

D. Defects and deficiencies / possibly defective - described in the listing

A1 - tested in-house or at the supplier

B1 Body & Sheet metal parts - Can be installed directly without further work (no scratches / dents) - possibly with the same color code

B2 Body & Sheet metal parts - Small scratches or scuffs but fully usable without major repairs

B3 Body & Sheet metal parts - Larger scratches or small dents that require preparation before painting

B4 Body & Sheet metal parts - External rust / edge - but no penetration

Right of complaint / Return :

There is a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received, as per the rules of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal applies regardless of the reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured or acquired specifically after your order (special orders / pre-ordered goods), as per the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18, subsection 2, no. 3.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt — contact us via the information provided on the website. The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as upon receipt, and preferably in the original packaging. Attach a copy of the invoice.

We recommend that you check the goods as soon as possible after receipt and at the latest before installation. Complaints about defects and deficiencies must be notified to us within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered or should have been discovered.

The processing time for complaints is 4–10 business days. Credit note or crediting of invoice will take place within 1 week after we have received the returned goods.

The engine / gearbox must be returned in the same condition and quantity as upon receipt, and preferably in the same packaging, a copy of the invoice must be enclosed. We must be informed of the matter before the goods are sent back to us.
