Consequential damages

CroParts does not provide compensation for consequential damages, when installing defective or incorrectly delivered goods, nor for compensation for lost working hours, unless otherwise agreed upon when ordering

Delivery / Delays / Cancellation

The customer is always informed of the expected delivery time before ordering / purchasing. In the event of delays, the customer will be informed of this. Delays cannot be used as an argument for cancellation or compensation. In special cases, we can compensate delays with a maximum of 10 percent of the price. If you have ordered and received a refurbished engine, we must always have the old / defective engine returned before any compensation can be considered (if a deposit has not been paid for the engine)

Prices

All our prices are including VAT and including shipping. This means that all our prices on the site are including 25% Danish VAT and delivered to your door. We give a 10% company discount as standard, to VAT-registered companies.

PS in some cases we offer to sell without VAT / used VAT rule to private individuals. This only applies to used & refurbished products.

Shipping

All our prices on the website / webshop include shipping. This does not apply to return shipping, in connection with the return of old / defective engines. This is agreed upon when ordering.

Transport damage

The buyer must check that the product received is in accordance with the order. Visible defects, deficiencies or transport damage must be reported to us as soon as possible after receipt. Hidden defects and deficiencies must be reported within a reasonable time after they are discovered or should have been discovered.

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon physical delivery to the buyer or a person designated by the buyer - not upon dispatch. In the event of transport damage or loss, this must be reported immediately to the shipping company, and we must be informed at the same time so that we can assist with the matter.
