Terms and conditions

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on CroParts.dk. By making a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Products and prices
All prices are stated in [DKK/EUR] and are [incl./excl.] VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, taxes and fees without notice and to cancel orders in the event of obvious price errors, stock errors or technical errors.

3. Order
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation is a confirmation of receipt of the order and is not in itself a final acceptance if there are errors in price, stock status or product information.

4. Payment
We accept the payment methods that appear at checkout, including card payment and possibly MobilePay, when this is activated. Payment is made in connection with the order in accordance with the selected payment solution.

5. Delivery
Delivery time, delivery methods and any costs are stated at checkout or in our delivery policy. Delays may occur and we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Stock status and availability
We strive to keep stock status updated, but errors may occur. If an item cannot be delivered, we will contact you as soon as possible with information about cancellation, change or refund.

7. Product information and compatibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered part fits the vehicle. We recommend that you check the OEM number, model, year and other specifications before purchasing. If in doubt, you should contact us before ordering.

8. Complaints and defects
In the event of errors or defects, please contact us as soon as possible with the order number, description of the problem and preferably pictures. Your rights follow the legislation in force at any time.

9. Returns and refunds
Rules for returns and refunds are stated in our returns and refunds policy.

10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, operating losses, lost profits or consequential damages, unless otherwise provided for by mandatory legislation.

Purchases made on CroParts.dk are subject to Danish law, and any disputes will be settled in accordance with Danish law.
